The only thing that we could think of is that- they need some help in making their smartcaddie site. The company said on 13th of March the site would have more information and sadly the only more information we have is the this image and coming soon text.

Powered by a choice of either the Intel Pentium M ULV 1GHZ FSB 400MHZ with a 2MB L2 on-die cache or an Intel Celeron M ULV 900MHZ, FSB 400MHZ processor with a 512 KB L2 on-die cache, the H70 features a 7-inch WVGA TFT LCD touchscreen display and a “slip proof” to stop you dropping your new toy on the move.

DialKeys: Microsoft UMPCs are NOT the first ones to sport this.

Fujitsu P1510D is one of the first. Matter of fact when you compare the spec of this Fujitsu Tablet PC with those of the UMPCs its very close.
