Catcher seems to be doing just that. With all the specifications they have announced the device should be easily more than 2K. The price of the unit is not announced yet.
This device is powered by Windows Tablet PC, Intel® Mobile Pentium M Processor 1.7 GHz, 2 GB DDR RAM, 40 GB Hard Drive and has everything that you need in a mobile pc. It also sports a built in GPS reciever, Biometric Fingerprint scanner & Camera. The unit has a slightly smaller screen (6.4″) but sure enough packed with fetures, not to mention the CDMA or GSM/GPRS and the Ultra Wide Band (UWB) which are optional upgrades.
