Well we might not be able to order the UMPCs with these colors but does not hurt to wish for one. These were the prorotypes that AmTek has prototyped for Microsoft which the Team at Origami Project had posted (more photos here).
Which one would you like?
I like the one with the silver,ash/orange stripe and next is the white/green.
Like the white/green myself … atleast thats the brightest of all …
i like the one with the orange and the one that is translucent green … I’d probably really like one that was translucent silver grey and orange
or maybe translucent silver gray and translucent orange
or one that i could easily pop the lid off and put a new set of colored faceplates on … take care of that ‘always gets scratches’ issue with the ipod … i could even buy a ruggedized silicon / rubber faceplate … or a yellow and blue plastic waterproof color that i could take on diving expeditions with me (maybe to work on an excel spreadsheet underwater? counting fish? i don’t know what the heck i’d do with it … i just know that i want to)
and if i could do that … i might even start selling personally styled oragami faceplates with things like to logo of my favorite band on em … or something
think of the smart car in the UK with it’s changeable panels … or if the guy from gorillaz wanted one what would he do?
