Where are you Keyboard?

Though Microsoft has been pushing the UMPC(touch based) and still has high hopes, Samsung just realized that even small devices (however small it is) there is a high demand for the Keyboards and is bundling it with its Q1. Now if you are looking for some alternatives that is cheap yet multi-tasking this might be one of them.

Sodiff’s WiBro which seems to have 4.3″ Screen with slide out KEYBOARD (like the Averatec AHI and Sony Vaio UX Series) and capable of video conferencing. Looks the the device is powered by Windows (we think it might just be Windows CE or Mobile)

Yes we want touch type keyboards NOT any type of thumb input. The problem to me is that people are initially excited that you can make a mobile tablet xp device small but the size I believe that is needed to drive the market is a pocket clamshell size. Something 3.5″ x 7.5″ x 1″ or less thick that has a touch type keyboard. The issue is if the device can not fit in your pocket then how will you carry it? Once you need to lug a bag etc. then it is not mobile and if it uses a thumb input it is equally unappealing.
